Honestly no complaints whatsoever. Impeccably clean hotel with delicious and great breakfasts. A wide range of outstanding food. Climate control, a safe box and multi-channel television in the room, marvellous location.

The hotel is located in a bustling area with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Opposite the hotel is a café offering delicious baguettes. the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the staff provided friendly service. Breakfast was filling and freshly cooked. the hotel offers an enclosed shower.

The hotel has incredible staff providing excellent service. The rooftop bar is a nice feature. The rooms are modern, compact, and come with fresh towels and a nice bathroom. The hotel boasts a particularly good and unbeatable location, just a short walk to Dinh co Vu. It is only a 20-minute walk to the train station, making it a great base for exploring Hanoi.

The room was exceptionally clean, with all the amenities I could have wanted. The air-conditioner worked efficiently, keeping me comfortable throughout my stay. I loved the charming view from my room overlooking the front street, and the lack of noise was a pleasant surprise. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to book excellent tours for me to HaLong Bay and Sapa. The breakfasts were also fantastic, with a wide variety of choices and fast, courteous service. I highly recommend La Vision and would gladly stay there again without hesitation.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of a lively area. It offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. Located very close to the lake and right in the heart of Old Town, it's the perfect base for exploring the city. The staff are friendly and helpful, carrying bags up the many flights of stairs and even transferring them to the next hotel. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with air conditioning and nice bathrooms. The breakfast served on the rooftop with a nice view is a delightful start to the day.
